I will aim to get your order made, packaged and sent out within 3 days, A courier company will be used and this should take 2-5 days for your hoop to be delivered. A tracking number will be provided should you wish to track your hoop on its journey. *Please note, during busy times, your order could take a few extra days to be compleated. I am only one hoop maker and i want them all to look great!

A good way to choose a size if your unsure is to measure from the floor to your belly button in inches and choose the size that is closest to that size, if in doubt, please message me and I will be happy to help!

If you run hoop fitness or hoop dance classes and/or groups and would like to purchase 5 hoops or more, please contact me, we offer great deals on bulk orders!

Refunds will be offered if you are sent the wrong item, but refunds may not be offered if you decide you don’t like/want it. As a custom mde item, You are responsible as the buyer to choose the right size and/ or colour for your needs, if in doubt contact me before you pay. Refunds will not be given if the item you receive is as described, but I will allow you to swap your hoop providing you pay for the postage both ways, and it is returned in an unused unopened condition and packaged correctly for its return journey. Any hoops returned in a used/damaged condition will not be refunded. Refunds will not include the cost of postage. If you are unsure of anything please contact me prior to ordering, I will be happy to help!
