Payment and prices
All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and we do not charge VAT. We will do our best to keep our prices the same, but due to our materials and suppliers, prices are subject to change without notice.
Product prices in our shop exclude delivery charges.
Payment can be made by using PayPal. We feel it is the most secure way of paying online and you have control and we will not see your card details. You can also pay via paypal with a credit card, making your buyer protection even greater.
Delivery
Goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours and should arrive between 4-7 working days. You will be made aware as soon as possible of any delay or if any of your ordered items are not available. In extreme circumstances deliveries will not take longer than 28 days. In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible.
We try to maintain a stock of items. But in some circumstances our of our control all of our products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be completed we will contact you as soon as possible and will do our best to find an alternative or you will be given a full refund.

If you don’t live in the UK and would still like to purchase a hoop, please contact us and we will quote you a price and delivery.
How to look after your hoop and get the best from it
Avoid using it on concrete or tarmac surface. This could scratch or tear the decorative Tape or surface of your hula hoop. Direct sunlight or heat from a radiator could loosen, buckle or fade the decorative finish and misshape your hoop.
Amima hoops Hula hoops are not designed to be pulled between two people, bounced, or dragged in any way.
